At this time the 2008 required forms packet is not available. We apologize for this inconvenience. We will mail you the forms once they are completed (changed to end of February 2008) along with our newsletter called The Cougar Quest Chronicle. The newsletter contains important information so please keep it in a safe place so you are able to access it prior to your trip to Pullman.
Once you do receive the forms packet by mail, please return the forms to our office within two weeks of delivery to maintain your first choice selection of workshops.
