The security of personal items is the camper's responsibility. DO NOT bring items of high value to camp.Cougar Quest is not responsible for lost, or stolen items, so:
Leave valuable items at home!Things to bring:
- Fan (any size, the residence hall is not air conditioned)
- Refillable water bottle
- Notebook and pen/pencil(s) - REQUIRED!
- Light backpack or book bag
- Personal funds (it is recommended that students bring some spending money for incidentals and any purchases they would like to make at the campus bookstore (ie. books, souveniers, WSU sweatshirts, etc.). Additionally, parents are asked to instruct younger students to restrict the purchase of sweets. We discourage mailing money to the students at the residence hall. PLEASE anticipate financial needs prior to arrival.
- Cameras (not too expensive)
- Swim Suit
- Alarm clock
- Comfortable walking shoes - REQUIRED!
- Comfortable, modest clothing - Enough for a week. We suggest a light jacket or sweatshirt, and shorts. -REQUIRED!
- Laundry soap if intending on using the free laundry facility
- Personal items (toiletries, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, etc.) -REQUIRED!
- Over-the-counter medications
- Towel
- Healthy snacks
- Coat hangers
- Phone card

Twin mattress pad
Things provided:
- Sheets
- Blanket
- Pillow and pillowcase
- One very small towel and a washcloth
- Water and ice
- Meals (Sunday night dinner through Friday lunch)
- A designated phone room for each hall group for campers to use. This requires a phone card.
- 24-7 supervision by trained personnel
- Quality teaching faculty for workshops
- A great time!
