Transportation

Getting to Pullman

Campers will need to provide their own transportation to Pullman. Pullman is located off Highway 195 in southeastern Washington. There's a local airport serving Pullman and Moscow that handles commuter and commercial flights, and a bus service (Greyhound).

Spokane - 72 miles (116 km)
Seattle - 270 miles (435 km)
Portland, OR - 340 miles (547 km)
Boise, ID - 300 miles (483 km)
Vancouver, BC - 430 miles (692 km)

Courtesy transportation will be provided for campers arriving by bus or plane in Pullman/Moscow. Campers must provide transportation information to Cougar Quest two weeks prior to the camp. For travel information (driving directions, airlines, accommodations) click here. Campers that fly in to the Moscow/Pullman Airport or bus in to the Pullman Bus Depotwill be greeted by a uniformed camp staff assistant and driven directly to the residence hall by van. Upon check-in at camp, campers are encouraged to call home to let parents/guardian's know they arrived safely. Camper are not allowed to come to camp before Noon on Sunday or stay after 5:00 pm on Friday.

 

Check-in on Sunday

Drop-off Sunday afternoon is between 12:30 and 2:30 pm on Sunday at the residence hall. Cougar Quest Opening Ceremonies begins sharply at 3:00 pm. Parents are invited to attend the ceremonies, which will end near 4:00 pm.

 

Check-out on Friday

Parent/Guardians are asked to pick-up their student between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. on Friday at the residence hall.
