206: Improv Comedy!!!
Improve your acting skills or learn to get a laugh. Get over stage fright or public speaking fear. This is a great opportunity to try new things and get out of your shell. What is Improv Comedy you ask? Well, it is very similar to the TV show Who's Line is it Anyway! This class is a great way to meet new friends, play fun interactive games, learn how to be spontaneous, and to just have a great time! |

I love theatre! I have loved it since I was in elementary school. When I was in high school, my orchestra took a trip to NYC to perform in Carnegie Hall. While in New York I got to see my first Broadway show, Les Miserables, and from then on, I knew I wanted to DO theatre for the rest of my life! So I came to WSU and received my degree in Theatre Arts and Drama. After WSU I moved to the small town of Omak, WA where I was the technical director for the Omak Performing Arts Center, and the High School Drama Teacher. Now I am back at WSU as the Acting Instructor!!! I love waking up everyday and going to a job that I actually like to do! While I was at WSU I was a member of STAGE, and Nuthouse Improv Comedy Club for 4 years. Then when I moved to Omak I created my own Improv Comedy club called “The Pioneer Players Improv Comedy Club.” I have been in several plays including: Cats, The Sound of Music, Grease, Romeo and Juliet, The Taming of the Shrew, Lost in Yonkers, Equus, Death and the Kings Horsemen, While the Lights Were Out, and many more!
